We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, so you can write to us directly about anything related to your data.
2. What data we process and where it comes from
Every piece of data we hold is data you gave us, when you wrote to us, asked for a quote, created an account or bought something. We do not buy it and we do not take it from third-party lists.
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number.
- Billing and shipping details: name or company name, tax ID, postal address.
- Files you upload (3D models, drawings) and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Order details: what you bought, when and for how much.
- Payment details: handled directly by the payment provider you choose (Stripe, PayPal or Redsys). We never store your card number.
- Browsing data: only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies. The detail is in our cookie policy.
3. What we use it for, on what legal basis, and for how long
| Purpose | Legal basis | Retention period |
|---|---|---|
| Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote. | Your request: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). | While we handle the enquiry and for up to 1 year afterwards, in case you come back to the project. |
| Manufacturing and shipping your order, handling payment, warranty and incidents. | Performance of the sales contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). | For as long as the commercial relationship lasts. |
| Complying with tax and accounting obligations (invoices, records). | Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). | 6 years from the last transaction (Spanish Commercial Code) and 4 years for tax purposes. |
| Managing your user account, if you register. | Performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). | Until you ask us to close it. |
| Sending you our news and offers by email. | Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), or our legitimate interest in offering products similar to those you already bought. | Until you unsubscribe, which you can do with one click in any of those emails. |
| Analysing how the site is used and measuring our ads. | Your consent, given (or not) in the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). | The lifetime of each cookie. See the cookie policy. |
| Protecting the website from spam, fraud and attacks. | Legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). | Security logs, for a maximum of 12 months. |
If you give us someone else’s data (to ship an order to them, for example), it is up to you to have informed them and to have their permission.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it for commercial purposes. It only reaches the companies we need in order to do our work, and all of them are contractually bound to process it solely on our instructions:
- Web hosting: our server provider, with servers located in the European Union.
- Website security and delivery: Cloudflare, Inc.
- Payment providers: Stripe, PayPal and Redsys, depending on the method you choose.
- Shipping: the courier that carries your parcel (Correos Express, for example), which receives your name, address and phone number so it can deliver to you.
- Email: the provider we use to send order confirmations and notifications.
- Analytics and advertising: Google, only if you accept those cookies.
- Tax and accounting advisors: to keep our books and file our taxes.
We will also disclose your data to public authorities, courts and law enforcement when the law requires us to.
5. Does your data leave the European Union?
Yes, in some cases. Google, Cloudflare, Stripe and PayPal may process data in the United States.
Those transfers are covered by the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, to which those providers are certified, and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where necessary. You can ask us for a copy of those safeguards.
6. Do we make automated decisions about you?
No. Our instant quote calculator works out a price from your file (volume, material, technology), but it does not profile you, and it makes no decisions with legal effects on you.
7. Your rights
You can exercise these rights at any time, free of charge:
- Access: find out what data of yours we hold.
- Rectification: correct anything that is wrong.
- Erasure: have it deleted once it is no longer needed (note: we are legally required to keep invoices).
- Objection: ask us to stop processing it, including for advertising.
- Restriction: have us keep it but not use it, while a complaint is resolved.
- Portability: take your data to another provider in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw your consent whenever you want, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it. For cookies, use the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
To exercise them, write to info@imprimakers.com telling us which right you want to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity, but only if we have reasonable doubts that it is you. We will reply within one month (extendable to two if the request is complex).
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid). We would rather you talked to us first, but it is your right and you can go straight there.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to information is restricted to those who need it, and we use protection against attacks and automated spam. No system is infallible, but if a security breach ever occurred that posed a risk to your rights, we would tell you and notify the supervisory authority, as the GDPR requires.
9. Minors
This website and its services are aimed at people over 18, which is the age required to make a purchase. If we find that we have collected a minor’s data without their parents’ or guardians’ authorisation, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our services or the applicable law change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date at the top. If a change affects you significantly, we will let you know.

Terms and conditions of sale
1. Who is selling to you
- Seller: Aarón Chilet Real (Imprimakers)
- Tax ID: 48413522V
- Address: Avenida Colón 22 bajo, 46185 La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia), Spain
- Email: info@imprimakers.com
- Phone: +34 615 631 673
These terms govern the purchase of products and services on imprimakers.com. By placing an order you accept them; they are available on this page at all times. The contract is concluded in the language you were browsing in, and we keep a record of your order.
2. How to place an order
You can order by uploading your file to the instant quote calculator, or by writing to us for a tailored quote. Before paying you will always see an order summary with the product, the price, taxes and shipping costs. Once you complete payment you will receive a confirmation email: that email is the acceptance of your order and the moment the contract is concluded. If for any reason we could not manufacture your part, we would tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices, taxes and shipping costs
Prices shown on the site are in euros. Whether they include VAT is stated in each case, and applicable taxes are itemised before payment. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the order value, and are calculated and shown before you confirm the purchase. Rates per country are listed in Shipping and returns. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or fees payable by the recipient.
4. Payment methods
You can pay by card (through Stripe or Redsys) and with PayPal. Your card details are handled directly by the payment provider: we never see or store them. We issue an invoice for every order.
5. Manufacturing, lead times and delivery
We manufacture to order, so the lead time depends on the technology, the material and the workshop queue. The estimated time is given in your quote or during checkout. Transit times and rates per destination are detailed in Shipping and returns. If we expect a significant delay, we will let you know.
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
If you are a consumer, you have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give a reason. That is one day more than the legal minimum of 14 days.
Important exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to parts made to measure or clearly personalised, that is, those we print from your own file or to your specifications. This is set out in Article 103.c of the Spanish consumer protection act: a one-off piece made for you cannot be resold. You can withdraw from catalogue or stock products (materials, consumables and non-personalised items).
To exercise it, simply notify us of your decision unequivocally before the deadline, by writing to info@imprimakers.com. You may use the form in the next section, although it is not compulsory. Then:
- We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping costs of the original order, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your notice, using the same payment method you used. (If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard one, the extra cost is not refunded.)
- Return shipping costs are yours, unless the product arrived faulty or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover them.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, not used beyond what is needed to check it, with its packaging, accessories and documentation. We may reduce the refund if the product has lost value through use beyond what was necessary to test it.
7. Withdrawal form
You only need to fill in and send this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract. It is not compulsory: any unequivocal statement will do.
To the attention of Aarón Chilet Real (Imprimakers), Avenida Colón 22 bajo, 46185 La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia), Spain, info@imprimakers.com:

Order number: ______________________
Received on (date): ______________________
Consumer’s name: ______________________

8. Legal guarantee
All our products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, as established by Article 120 of the Spanish consumer protection act (for goods purchased from 1 January 2022).
If the product is not as it should be (it arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match your order), write to info@imprimakers.com with a photo and your order number. You are entitled to free repair or replacement and, if neither is possible or satisfactory, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsequent modification or normal wear.
9. Complaints and customer service
For any complaint, write to info@imprimakers.com or call +34 615 631 673. We will reply as soon as possible and will always try to reach an amicable solution.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, and you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of your country of habitual residence within the European Union. If you contract as a business or professional, the parties submit to the Courts of Valencia.
