Jigs, Prototypes & Technical Parts with Industrial 3D Printing
Manufacture production jigs, functional prototypes and custom spare parts in 24–72 h. Automatic instant pricing — no quotes, no waiting, no middlemen.
We manufacture in Valencia and ship across Spain and Europe

What we manufacture for industry
From design validation to production support: we cover the full industrial cycle with fast additive manufacturing and zero tooling investment.
Functional prototypes
Validate geometry, tolerances and mechanical behaviour before investing in moulds or machining. Reduce iteration cycles from weeks to days with parts you can assemble, test and modify.
Production jigs & fixtures
Inspection gauges, assembly supports, poka-yokes, drilling templates and positioning devices. Made in 24–72 h vs. 2–4 weeks for traditional machining.
Grippers & EOAT for robotics
Grippers, suction cups, adapters and end-of-arm tools for robotic arms. Complex lightweight geometries impossible to machine, delivered ready to install in the cell.
On-demand spare parts
Eliminate stock of obsolete or slow-moving spares. We make the part when you need it, from one unit, without relying on suppliers with long lead times or discontinued parts.
Short runs & direct production
For runs of 1 to 500 units where moulds are not cost-effective. Complex internal geometries, fluid channels, multi-component parts and lightweighted structures impossible with injection moulding or machining.
Housings & component protection
Protective covers, electronics enclosures, cable ducts, sensor brackets and custom housings for industrial equipment. ESD-safe material where required.

What sets us apart from any other additive manufacturing provider
- Price in seconds — the only service with an online calculator
While competitors take 24 h to send a quote, you already have the exact price. Upload the STL, choose material and get the cost instantly. Ideal for engineering teams working against the clock.
- Technical model review included
We analyse wall thicknesses, problematic geometries and mesh errors before manufacturing. We alert you and propose solutions. No surprises in the final part.
- No minimums — from 1 part
We don't force you to order 50 units to make the part cost-effective. We manufacture from a single unit. Perfect for validations, unique prototypes and emergency spare parts.
- Technical materials for industrial environments
PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon PA12, flexible TPU and technical resins. Each material chosen according to the working environment: temperature, mechanical load, UV or chemical agent exposure.
- Business invoicing & recurring orders
We issue invoices with itemised VAT, accept bank transfer payment and can establish supply agreements for maintenance and production departments with recurring needs.

The right material for every industrial application
Not all industrial environments are the same. We advise you so the part withstands exactly what it needs to.
Technical PETG
Perfect balance of mechanical strength, rigidity and printability. Withstands temperatures up to 80 °C, is impact-resistant and does not embrittle over time. The reference material for jigs, housings and brackets.
- Service temp: up to 80 °C
- Chemical resistance: good
- Price: economical
ABS
High mechanical and thermal resistance. Machinable and acetone-finishable for fully sealed surfaces. Ideal for interior structural parts with demanding thermal requirements.
- Service temp: up to 100 °C
- Machinable and finishable
- Price: economical
ASA
Same mechanical and thermal properties as ABS with added UV stability. Does not yellow or degrade under solar radiation. The choice for outdoor parts, signage and equipment in environmentally exposed settings.
- Service temp: up to 100 °C
- UV-stable, no yellowing
- Price: economical
Nylon PA12
Maximum resistance to fatigue, abrasion and chemical agents. Excellent for parts subject to cyclic loads, motion guides, gears and continuous-friction components.
- High fatigue resistance
- Chemical resistance: excellent
- Price: mid-range
3D Printing vs. traditional manufacturing for industry
3D printing is not always the answer — but for prototypes, jigs and short runs, the advantage is hard to ignore.
| Criterion | 3D Printing (Imprimakers) | CNC machining | Plastic injection moulding |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead time | 24–72 h | 1–3 weeks | 4–12 weeks |
| Initial investment | Zero — pay per part | Machine setup | Mould: €5,000–50,000 |
| Minimum units | 1 part | Variable (high setup) | 1,000–10,000 units |
| Complex geometries | No restrictions | Limited (tool access) | Limited (draft angles) |
| Design changes | Free — new file | CNC reprogramming | Modify mould: €1,000–10,000 |
| Price per part (short runs) | Competitive from 1 unit | High for small runs | Not cost-effective |

Everything you need to know before ordering an industrial part from us
We answer the most common questions from engineers, production technicians and maintenance managers.
What tolerances do your parts achieve?
In FDM we achieve tolerances of ±0.2–0.3 mm on critical dimensions. For applications requiring greater precision (inspection gauges, fit parts) we recommend leaving machining allowance or using SLA resin, which reaches ±0.05–0.1 mm. If you have critical dimensional specifications, include them in the order and our technical team will advise you on the right process.
Can you manufacture jigs for serial production lines?
Yes. We manufacture gauges, supports, poka-yokes, drilling templates and positioning devices from 1 unit. For production departments with recurring needs we can establish supply agreements with periodic orders and preferential terms. PETG and Nylon PA12 are the most common materials for these applications due to their mechanical strength and durability in production environments.
Which materials withstand high temperatures in industrial environments?
It depends on the temperature range. For up to 80 °C we recommend PETG; up to 100 °C, ABS or ASA; for 120–150 °C, materials such as PEI (ULTEM) or PC (polycarbonate). If the part will be exposed to extreme heat or contact with high-temperature fluids, consult us before ordering: we will indicate the appropriate process and material or whether machining is more advisable.
Can you manufacture grippers or EOAT for robots?
Yes, it is one of our most frequent applications. We manufacture end-of-arm tools, flange adapters, grippers, gripping pads in flexible TPU and sensor housings integrated in the EOAT. The usual process is that the automation team sends us the design STEP file, we check wall thicknesses and tolerances at the fixing points, and manufacture in 24–48 h.
How long does it take to manufacture an industrial part?
The usual lead time is 24–72 h from order confirmation to dispatch. Small or medium parts in PETG or ABS are typically ready in 24 h. For large-format parts, very complex geometries or special materials it may be 48–72 h. Add the carrier transit time, usually 24 additional hours for destinations on the mainland.
Can you manufacture spare parts that are no longer on the market?
Yes, it is one of the most valuable uses of 3D printing in industrial maintenance. If you have the original 3D file, we manufacture directly from it. If the part is discontinued and you don't have the model, we can reverse-engineer from the physical part (manual measurement or 3D scanning) and recreate the model. Contact us with photos and basic measurements and we will give you an estimate.
Do you have an industrial project that needs parts fast?
