Shipments are free for orders over € 39 in national territory, and over € 69 in the Balearic and Canary Islands.

Returns:
The customer will have the right to revoke the requested order within seven days of receiving it, prior communication to www.imprimakers.com In case of exercising this right of withdrawal, the return costs will be borne by the customer and the damages suffered by the product or merchandise.
www.imprimakers.com will accept only a minimum wear of the product due exclusively to its test to make a decision on its definitive acquisition without altering the conditions of the product at the time of delivery. In cases of excessive use of the good, its return will not be accepted, as in the case of making a purchase of a custom piece under the client’s order. In this case, a refund of the amount will not be accepted since this order cannot be used and sold again.
To make a return the customer must take into account the following:
– Shipping costs will not be paid for the original receipt of the order at the address provided by the customer.
– The product to be returned must be in its original condition, without having been used or handled, and must arrive in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. The cost of shipping to our stores is borne by the customer.
