Returns

If you are a consumer, you have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase. Exception: parts made to measure or personalised from your own file cannot be returned, because they cannot be resold (Art. 103.c of the Spanish consumer act). If you withdraw, we refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product arrived faulty or was not what you ordered. All our products carry a 3-year legal guarantee.
