2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device (or reads from it) when you visit. It is used, for example, to remember the language you chose, to keep your cart from emptying as you move between pages, or to measure how many people visit each section. Where relevant, we also use equivalent technologies (browser local storage and pixels); everything explained here applies to them too.
3. How we ask for your consent and how you can change it
The first time you arrive you will see a banner where you can accept all cookies, reject them all, or choose category by category. Until you say yes, no analytics or advertising cookie is activated: only the strictly necessary ones work, and those do not require your permission.
⚙ Cookie settings (you also have this link in the footer of every page)
If you withdraw your consent, we not only stop using them: we also delete the analytics and advertising cookies already stored in your browser.
4. Exactly which cookies we use
4.1. Necessary cookies (no consent required)
Without them the site cannot work: they keep your session, your cart and the security of the payment. That is why they are always on.
| Cookie | Owner | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| pll_language | First-party | Remembers the language you want to browse in. | 1 year |
| imk_consent | First-party | Stores your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. | 6 months |
| woocommerce_cart_hash woocommerce_items_in_cart | First-party | Keep whatever you put in the cart while you browse. | Session |
| wp_woocommerce_session_* | First-party | Identifies your shopping session so the cart can be linked to your order. | 2 days |
| wordpress_logged_in_* wordpress_sec_* | First-party | Keep you logged in. Only used if you have an account and sign in. | Session |
| __stripe_mid | Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. | Fraud prevention on card payments. | 1 year |
| __stripe_sid | Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. | Fraud prevention during the payment session. | 30 minutes |
| m (m.stripe.com) | Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. | Cross-device fraud detection. | 13 months |
If you choose to pay with PayPal or Redsys, those providers may set their own cookies, necessary to process the payment securely. This only happens if you pick that payment method.
Security and anti-spam
To prevent automated sign-ups and messages we use Cloudflare Turnstile, both when you log in and on the contact forms. It checks that you are a human without setting cookies, without making you solve puzzles and without tracking you across other sites.
Sign in with Google
You can sign in to your account with your Google account. If you do, authentication happens on Google’s website, with the cookies Google uses on its own domain, and we only receive basic profile data to create or identify your account. If you do not use that button, nothing is activated.
4.2. Analytics cookies (only if you accept them)
They tell us how many people come in, which pages they see and where they get stuck, with aggregated data. We use them to improve the site; they are not used to show you ads.
| Cookie | Owner | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google (Google Analytics 4) | Distinguishes visitors from one another so they can be counted without duplicates. | 2 years |
| _ga_4HBBPCW6E2 | Google (Google Analytics 4) | Keeps the state of the analytics session. | 2 years |
4.3. Advertising cookies (only if you accept them)
They let us know whether one of our ads ended in a purchase and, where applicable, show you our ads on other websites.
| Cookie | Owner | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google (Google Ads) | Measures the conversions coming from our ads. | 3 months |
| _gcl_aw _gcl_dc | Google (Google Ads) | Only set if you reach the site by clicking one of our ads; used to attribute that visit. | 3 months |
We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tags. It does not set cookies by itself, and it is configured with Google’s consent mode: until you accept, Google tags cannot store or read anything on your device.
5. International transfers
The analytics and advertising cookies belong to Google, and the payment fraud-prevention ones to Stripe. Both companies may process data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, to which both providers are certified, and supplemented by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where applicable.
6. What happens if you do not accept them
Nothing serious: the site works the same and you can buy as usual. We simply will not know how the site is being used, and we will not be able to measure whether our ads work.
7. How to delete or block them from your browser
Besides the panel on this site, you can manage and delete cookies from your browser settings:
Bear in mind that if you block all cookies from the browser, including the necessary ones, the cart or the checkout may stop working properly.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@imprimakers.com. There is more detail in our privacy policy. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Changes to this policy
If we add or remove cookies, we will update this page and, when the change affects cookies that require consent, we will ask you again. We review this policy at least once a year.
