Returns

The customer shall have the right to revoke the requested order within a period of seven days from its receipt, upon prior communication to the Imprimakers team. In the event of exercising this right of withdrawal, the customer shall bear the costs of return and any damage suffered by the product or merchandise.

Imprimakers will only accept minimal wear of the product due solely to its testing for making a final decision on its acquisition, without altering the conditions of the product at the time of delivery. In cases of excessive use of the item, its return will not be accepted. In the event of a purchase of a custom-made piece commissioned by the customer, returns will not be accepted as this order cannot be reused or resold since it has been specifically manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

In order to make a return, the customer must take into account the following:
- The shipping costs for the original delivery of the order to the address provided by the customer will not be refunded.
- The product to be returned must be in its original condition, without having been used or manipulated, and must reach us in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, and instructions for use. The cost of shipping to our warehouses is the responsibility of the customer.
